Suzuki Teachers

Heather Williams is a certified Suzuki Piano teacher and Music Together® Center director with over 34 years experience in making music with the very young.  She acquired a Bachelor of Arts with a Piano Emphasis from Brigham Young University in 1998. She taught a traditional piano studio in Pennsylvania from 1995 and adopted the Suzuki Method upon moving to Virginia in 1999 where she developed a four-studio Suzuki piano/guitar academy in Richmond. She has been certified through level 6 in the Suzuki Teacher Training courses and has taken both levels of the Suzuki Parent Education Course with Jeanne Luedke. She moved to Fair Oaks with her husband in 2007 and began working with students in the Folsom/El Dorado Hills area. In March of 2008, she opened the Fair Oaks location and in January 2011 she moved her studio to El Dorado Hills.   She now has 4 children at home ages 18, 16, 14, and 11 whom she homeschooled for three years.   She has transitioned to working with homeschooled students and kindergarteners during the day to accomodate her family's needs.  Besides enjoying piano, she loves to sing and swing dance, having travelled in England, France and many parts of the U.S. to enjoy her hobbies.  She also served an 18- month mission in Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk and Ufa, Russia.  She loves to speak Russian and to teach it.

Chloe Chang is a Suzuki Piano teacher in the West Sacramento area.   Miss Chloe has completed all levels of Certificate of Merit through Advanced in the Music Teachers Association of California.   She has completed the Every Child Can course in Oakland, CA.  She has been working as a beloved piano teacher since with the Academy since 2020.  Miss Chloe has a degree in Sociology and Communications from UC Davis.   She has enjoyed managing her family's business in Sacramento.  She was the co-owner of Noodo restaurant till 2020 and the assistant at Taiwan Best Mart.  Miss Chloe is  fluent in Mandarin and English.  She is maintains a Mental Health First Aid certification.  Miss Chloe is skilled at working with children from ages 3 and up.

Justin Nash is a Suzuki piano teacher in the Folsom and Roseville areas.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in piano performance from Humboldt State University and a Master of Fine Arts in Music with an emphasis in Solo and Chamber Music Literature Performance from Mills College.  He was a piano teacher for 7 years with St. Cecilia school in San Francisco.  He served as the liturgical music director for the Archdiocese of San Francisco for 7 years and for the St. John's Catholic Church for 4 1/2 years.  He currently serves as the pianist and organist for the Ascension Lutheran Church in Antelope, CA.  He is an active member of the Sacramento Saturday Club for performing artists.  He has enjoyed and taught snowboarding and is certified with the PSIA/AASI through Level 2.  Justin is experienced with the Certificate of Merit program and enjoys working with students of all ages in the Suzuki method.  He is a lifelong student of pedagogy and performance.

Connor Manion-Quiaoit is a Suzuki piano teacher in the Fair Oaks area.  He has completed the Every Child Can course, Level One and Level Two Certifications.  He holds an Associates in Music from American River College.  He has been teaching with the Suzuki Piano Academy in Folsom, El Dorado Hills and Fair Oaks since 2022.  Mr. Connor has been a long time member of the Sacramento Master Singers performing concerts for sell out audiences throughout the year.  He has also had his original choral compositions published and performed by this incredible
​society.  Mr. Connor currently is working on a degree in American Sign Language in the     Interpreter Preparation Program at ARC.  He works with children of all ages and challenges.

Leeann Aton is a Suzuki teacher in El Dorado Hills area.  Miss Leeann has performed as a pianist and has served choir director for the Church of Jesus Christ.  She has special training with students who have learning challenges.  Miss Leeann enjoys quilting, sewing, photography, art, traveling and enjoys continuing her lifelong love of learning.
